Our Impact

The National College of Education is committed to ensuring a positive impact our learners, the schools they work in and the communities they serve. This is why we use surveys and a range of other data to measure the impact of our programmes.

We look retrospectively at the personal and professional journeys of our learners through destination data, gauging the progress they have made as a direct result of joining the National College of Education and how this affects the incredibly important work that they do.We also look at the experience of our learners and request honest feedback about every element of the programme they are on. We take active steps to refine and improve their experience based on live and historic responses.
