Overview
  • 18-month programme
  • 12 online professional learning sessions
  • Assessment through observation and professional discussion alongside the development of your own online portfolio of evidence
  • Learners are supported by their peer learning partner and their professional learning mentor
  • Each learner's school will have access to Volume 1 of the Teaching Walkthrus online resource and will become a member of the Teaching Walkthrus community
Eligibility
  • GCSE English and Maths and ICT at Grade C or above
  • Level 1 Safeguarding
Assessment
  • Development of online portfolio and professional discussion
  • Coaching and mentoring observation
